- vehicle registration: name, e-mail, phone, city/country, vehicle details, social profile and uploaded photos,
- media pass: name, e-mail, Instagram, portfolio, age and additional information from the form,
- VIP Pass: name, delivery address, e-mail, phone number and selected T-shirt size,
- gastro/cooperation contact form: name, e-mail, phone number and message content.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process personal data to handle your registration, application, VIP Pass order or contact request, to communicate with you and to organize the event. Processing is based mainly on your consent and on taking steps before entering into a contractual or organizational relationship.
4. Retention period
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary. Usually no longer than 24 months after the relevant event ends or after your request has been handled, unless a legal obligation or legitimate claim requires longer retention.
5. Who may receive the data
Data may be made available to persons and suppliers who provide website operation, hosting, e-mail communication or event administration for Carmania.sk, only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose.
